• Feature office entrance door installed and awaiting power, and installation of feature staircase has commenced

• Sub-stations installation begun (when complete this will provide 2,000KVA of power!)
• Waste drainage pipes have been installed with half a mile of pipe trenched down Bryn Lane
• Earth bund formation begun

• Car park drainage and tarmacking completed
• External landscaping work has commenced
• Internal door frames have gone in and general first coat painting has started
• Internal office lighting installation is ongoing
• The mass of data connections have been laid back to the server room

• 16m tall chevrons for the Net World Sports logo are now up
• Initial racking installation to hold 22,000 pallets started, with eventual capacity of 70,000 pallets
• Security system design is complete, and installation has started
• Water pipes are in across the building, and electric cable & duct work is almost complete
• Work on superfast internet connection has commenced

• The warehouse fitout started with lights, power, and fire alarms
• All office mechanical and electrical services underway, with an army of people working on each floor of the four floors
• Car park drainage and utilities ducts being fitted
• After 6 weeks of work the main entrance road was completed
• The massive Net World Sports sign went up!

• Warehouse floor completed using 7,700 cubic meters of concrete, 9,200 tons of limestone, 6,100 tons of sand and 2,300 tons of cement
• Both the limestone and sand were extracted from a quarry 2 miles away from the new HQ!
• Main internal road tarmacking completed
• Nearly all steelwork has now been painted and roof drainage works are complete

• 300 cubic tons of concrete for warehouse floor laid every day throughout April
• Roof/wall cladding and glazing all completed
• Lift installation started and warehouse racking began to arrive
• Internal entrance road work commenced

• Office glazing commenced and progressed well despite the strong winds
• Warehouse floor fully prepped for concrete
• Warehouse hub office shell completed, and fire wall installed. The fire wall between the office and warehouse was also finished
• 50% of the roof siphonic drainage completed
• Office internal jumbo stud walls almost finished

• Strong winds put roofing on hold for 16 days
• The wind also affected internal partition walling to the office as storm damage meant it had to be rebuilt
• External cladding progressed well, and window and curtain walling installation commenced
• Began laying external concrete to the dock leveller areas
• Lost days will be made up in the coming months

• Final pieces of 3,000 ton steelwork installed
• Intumescent painting to protect steelwork against fire is underway
• Roofing work continued although high winds made this challenging at 15m high!
• All 4 office floor levels were concreted using 750 cubic meters of concrete

• Cladding started and progressed all through Christmas
• Steel erection almost finished
• Retention pond was created
• Office floor was decked ready for concrete

• 2,000 cubic metres of concrete used for steelwork foundations
• 1,200 tons of steel delivered to the site
• 5 cranes and 16 erectors used to lift and place the steel
• Highest point of the structure is 19 metres

• Completed the cut and fill process
• Stoning has almost finished
• Over 300 foundations were dug
• Steel framework next!

• Form temporary access to the site
• Strip topsoil from the building area, yards and car parks
• Profile site to the correct levels
• Import stone to site and spread over the building footprint, yards and carpark
